I have finished my shawl. I used a Lion Brand wool blend and acrylic, two strands. I have worn my shawl once. When I have time I will post pictures at:

I've finished my shawl (yeah!!) and have sent you pictures. How nice to earn my first stars.
I made it as a birthday gift and I give it to her tomorrow. I sure hope she likes it!! I added a little crochet edging and also crocheted some rosette pins that she can use for embellishment or as a closure.
