Began April 2003. Had a miserable time starting this pattern. It is worked side to side starting after the cuff and is done in mosaic knitting which is worked flat using slip stitches and two rows of each color. Started the sleeve three times before the pattern sank in...it is a little bit of torture to work every row twice plus, the double worked sections are much denser than the garter stitch sections.

May update - gave it up - not fun at all. Fair Isle is my true religion :-)
